Together with the machine manufacturer, the customer and CFK, a frozen production process with electrode production, die-sinking EDM, removal of the recast layer and 100% inspection via a coordinate measuring machine with over 700 measuring points was installed, with which over 800 components were manufactured for use in engines. In 2012, CFK successfully acquired NADCAP certification, which enabled us to acquire further customers in the aviation industry. We currently manufacture x different component numbers using frozen processes that we develop in-house as part of customer-specific projects.
